We specifically chose this time to ensure the food could be prepared and served to our guests by lunch (around 12:45 PM). Despite paying a flat delivery fee of Rs. 25, the order did not arrive until 12:30 PM. Since the delivery was significantly outside the promised timeframe, will Fooppers be refunding the delivery charge?

Order mutton. Was told i will receive it within 1.5 hours but even after 3 hours the order delivery was pending and I had to cancel the order as the lunch time was over. I order almost a kilo of mutton keema from them and the quality of meat was exceptionally good and it was delivered fairly quick too! Tasty, juicy and the right ratio of fat and meat.🍖 I was hesitant to order meat online as I'm always sceptical of the quality and hygiene of meat from these delivery services but I am impressed!

Again. yesterday's mutton was too fresh , right size cutting and reasonable too. 3rd time I ordered different items and highly satisfied. Started believing in your brand. Now onwards you will only be choice for non veg items.

Only online shop where they have a dedicated pet food category for our furry babies. You can buy chicken liver, neck, feet, carcass at the best price.

I've always had a good experience with them except today. I guess it's in the DNA to cheat customers when you become popular. I ordered fish big size as usual, when I took out the pieces they were looking old as they usually appear when kept in a freezer. The colour has become dark brown. This is really unacceptable as they also charged quite a high price.

The order was delivered on time. The meat was super fresh. Sometimes mutton has foul smell, but it was completely free of such smell. Did not have to use pressure cooker. Excellent.

They are telling that local fish is selling but it is fraud.They are taking fish from up, hyderabad,west bengal.Be careful in time of order for fish. This is a fraud firm. You menquire how chalani fish from outside of assam is came to me and I have ordered for boneless chicken inhigher rate but chicken supplied with bone.Please enquire the matter and asertsin who is responsible for supply of raugh goods. This fraud can be done by any of your firm

I ordered mutton paya from the website and paid the full amount. They delivered it in sealed package. After a while they call and say they by mistake sent 20 pieces instead of 10 pieces which was the ordered item. They said to me to keep in the refrigerator and they will send a boy to pick up the extra pieces ( haha i have no issue but look at the service ; they will take it from me and deliver it to another person THINK ABOUT THE QUALITY AND HYGIENE STANDARDS. IF THAT KIND OF ORDER IS RECIEVED BY ME HAVING GIVEN YO OTHER CUSTOMERS WHAT IS THE SAFETY PROTOCOL THAT IT IS SAFE ITEMS THAT ARE DELIVERED.
anyways ; but after that call they had sent no one to pickup and they dont even have the courtesy to call and inform what happened why they didn't sent anyone to pick up the extra pieces. Also the caller attitute was as if he orders me to keep.in refrigerator till it is picked up .

The best online delivery for fresh meat and fish. The quality of all the products are excellent and I have been a regular since more than a year now. There was an incident where more fat than meat was sent as against my order of more meat. I discovered only when I was served and when I reported it was immediately replaced with the right order with no extra cost. The delivery boys are extremely well mannered and on time.
