Welcome to Fooppers, a platform owned and operated by FOOPPERS, having its registered office at Hatigaon, Guwahati, India. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access and use of the Fooppers mobile application, website, and services (“Platform”).
By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform.
1. Use of the Platform
You may use the Platform only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
You agree not to misuse the Platform or assist anyone in doing so.
2. User Eligibility
Use of this Platform is permitted only by individuals who are:
At least 18 years old;
Competent to enter into a legally binding agreement under Indian Contract Act, 1872.
3. Account Responsibility
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and OTP/login credentials.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use or breach of your account.
4. Product & Service Information
- Fooppers provides delivery of groceries, meat, fish, seafood, and other food products.
- Product images are for representation only. Actual product may vary.
- Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
5. Order, Payment & Cancellation
Orders once placed are subject to availability and confirmation.
Payments can be made through UPI, cards, wallets, or COD (if available).
Cancellation or refund requests are subject to our Cancellation & Refund Policy.
6. Prohibited Activities
You agree not to:
Violate any Indian law;
Use the Platform to harass, harm, or deceive others;
Upload or transmit viruses or malicious code;
Attempt to reverse engineer or compromise Platform security.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the Platform including text, logos, graphics, and software are the property of Fooppers or its licensors and protected under applicable Indian intellectual property laws.
8. Privacy
By using our Platform, you agree to the collection and use of personal information in accordance with our Privacy Policy, in compliance with the IT Act, 2000 and its rules.
9. Third-party Links
Fooppers may contain links to third-party websites or services. We are not responsible for the content or practices of such sites.
10. Disclaimer of Warranties
Fooppers provides its services on an “as is” and “as available” basis. We make no warranties regarding availability, accuracy, or reliability of services.
11. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted under Indian law, Fooppers will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Platform.
12. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Platform if you violate these Terms or applicable laws.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Courts in [City, e.g., Guwahati] shall have exclusive jurisdiction over all disputes.
14. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
