• In case you would like to cancel your purchase, you can cancel your order at any point until it is out for delivery and your money will be refunded to your original source of payment, if any. It will be initiated instantly at the time of cancellation and credited to your payment source in a maximum of 5-7 business days. But, please note that once your order is out for delivery, it cannot be cancelled or refunded irrespective of the mode of payment.

 

• Some items need more efforts to  prepare. Hence, if there’s any item from this category of products in your cart, cancellation of the same can not be accepted.

 

• We are extremely careful about quality of all our products. We don’t compromise on that. However, we encourage you to check every products after the delivery. If you find any discrepancies in the quality of any of the products delivered, just let us know within half an hour for raw meats and within 6 hours for sea foods. We shall take necessary steps to replace or refund.
