There’s a 30-40% reduction in weight after dressing. For example – You get around 600 g of meat after dressing and cutting a live bird of 1 Kg; you get around 1 kg of meat after dressing and cutting live birds of 1.6 to 1.8 Kg etc. So, plan accordingly and let us know.
If someone makes payment in advance, we shall try to provide the exact 1 kg weight of live bird if possible, most of the time we can, if not, then we shall communicate the same.
